The Godfather -
After more than 35 years it still remains unclear what actually happened with the car that was used in one of the best movies ever made.
At the end of Godfather Part 1 a Freccia d’Oro is blown up during a bomb explosion in which Apollonia was killed.
Whether the car was really blown up, or whether a dummy was used remains still unresolved. I tried to find some information about the car (chassis number) using information from the license plate but nothing came out...
I even was in close contact with Francis Coppola but until today I never could speak with him about this issue....
Will the “Mystery” ever be resolved ?
